Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role focuses on analysing complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Map end-to-end processes to highlight inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Identify gaps in data or systems and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven environment.
- Advanced Power BI experience.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with data visualisation tools; Python desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
