THE ROLE
This is a broad credit strategy position covering the full customer journey - acquisition through to collections, with a heavier focus on acquisition strategy in the near term. Expect meaningful ownership and variety:
- Implementing and refining credit and acquisition policies
- Portfolio deep-dives and performance monitoring
- Supporting loss forecasting and risk insight
- Exposure to scorecard/model development
- Leading your own workstreams plus side projects that genuinely move the dial
REQUIREMENTS
- Credit risk, lending, portfolio analytics, or similar
- Strong Python and SQL
- Background in secured or unsecured lending
- STEM degree
- Someone who wants to own strategy, influence decision-making, and grow quickly
