This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand new, senior commercial analytics role where you will set the direction for how insight is used across a growing consumer‑facing business. Sitting close to senior leadership, you will own end‑to‑end analysis, influence marketing and commercial strategy, and have genuine impact from day one.

The business works across multiple venues and channels, combining digital platforms with offline activity to reach a wide customer base. The Role
- Act as the first dedicated analyst in the business, owning commercial and marketing insight end to end.
- Analyse performance across multiple channels to understand revenue drivers, attribution, and return on marketing spend.
- Evaluate customer behaviour, including acquisition, lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
- Tackle complex attribution challenges across online and offline activity, including direct mail campaigns.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including the Commercial Director and CEO.
- Partner with engineers, developers, and BI teams to ensure data is well structured and insight is accessible.
- Help shape a more self‑serve analytics environment through dashboards and reporting where appropriate.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial analytics experience, ideally within a consumer, marketing, or digital environment.
- Confident using SQL to interrogate and analyse complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools to support insight delivery.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and customer behaviour.
- Comfortable working hands‑on while influencing senior stakeholders.
- Able to communicate insights clearly and spot opportunities that drive commercial value.
