We are partnering with a retail business to appoint an Analytics Manager into their Supply Chain and Logistics function. This is a leadership role with ownership of analytics across a complex operational environment. You will manage a small team, act as the senior analytics contact for stakeholders, and ensure reporting, insight, and data standards support both day to day operations and longer term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 2 to 3 analysts and BI specialists
- Own delivery of dashboards and insights across supply chain and logistics
- Act as the main analytics partner for senior stakeholders
- Mentor and coach analysts, driving performance and best practice
- Manage incoming workload and prioritise business requests
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across reporting
- Set and maintain high coding and analytical standards
- Support strategic initiatives and operational decision making
- Use historical data to support forecasting and planning
- Contribute to more advanced analytics initiatives where relevant
Requirements
- Experience leading analytics or BI teams
- Strong SQL and Python
- Power BI for reporting and dashboards
- Experience working in large scale, data rich environments
- Supply chain or logistics exposure beneficial but not essential
- Snowflake and interest in ML tools nice to have
