We're partnering with a leading UK retail brand to hire an Analytics Manager to play a key role in shaping their CRM & Loyalty strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-impact analytics function operating as a "boutique" team within a major organisation. You'll work closely with CRM and Loyalty stakeholders to drive customer insight, campaign effectiveness, and commercial performance.
The Role
- Partner with CRM & Loyalty teams to deliver actionable customer insights
- Lead analytics projects across:
- Customer segmentation & targeting
- Loyalty programme optimisation
- Campaign performance (email, web, push, in-store)
- Basket and category performance analysis
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL skills (core requirement)
- Python experience (desirable)
- Background in marketing, CRM, or customer analytics
- Experience working across multiple customer channels
- Ability to translate data into commercial insight
- Retail experience is beneficial but not essential – strong customer/marketing analytics experience is key.
