An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead customer engagement, loyalty strategy, and lifecycle marketing for a well-established consumer brand. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape CRM strategy, drive customer retention, and influence the future direction of loyalty and personalisation initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team while working closely with stakeholders across marketing, technology, analytics, and digital functions.

THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Analyst you will own and shape the CRM and loyalty strategy for a leading omnichannel consumer brand, driving customer engagement, retention, personalisation, and CRM transformation in a high-impact leadership role. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Own and develop the loyalty programme strategy, driving customer engagement and retention
- Define and execute CRM and loyalty initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing programmes and automated customer journeys
- Deliver CRM activity across email, web, mobile, and in-store touchpoints
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to provide actionable recommendations
- Drive CRM transformation projects from requirements gathering through to implementation
- Collaborate with analytics, technology, ecommerce, and marketing teams to improve customer experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small CRM team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and loyalty strategy
- Experience working within retail, ecommerce, consumer, or customer-focused environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation technologies
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM technologies
- Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to loyalty programme development
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insight into business action
