Overview

We’re hiring for two Digital Analyst positions within a growing Customer & Digital Analytics team for a major UK retailer.

The role focuses on e Commerce, customer experience, and digital performance, working closely with e Commerce, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to analyze customer behaviour and improve online performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and website behaviour data.
  • Use SQL to interrogate large datasets.
  • Work with GA4 and digital performance data.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Support website optimisation and UX initiatives.
  • Monitor basket value, conversion, customer journeys, and channel performance.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with e Commerce, Product, and Digital teams on business‑critical projects.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics.
