We are hiring an experienced delivery-focused recruiter to support a busy portfolio of US-based technology and data clients that we are working with on exclusive retained projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the candidate side of the process and wants to focus on high-quality delivery rather than business development. This includes one-off searches as well as ongoing, embedded-style delivery support for key accounts. Success in this role is about pace, quality, and excellent communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Given the US client base, this role requires flexibility to work US-aligned hours (typically late morning to evening UK time).
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, either 180 delivery-focused or 360 wanting to move into a 180 role
- Experience recruiting into technology, data, analytics, data science
- Strong sourcing capability, including headhunting and direct outreach
- Fully remote working within the UK, or hybrid if London-based
- A delivery-led role with minimal BD
- Exposure to US enterprise and embedded projects
