What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping analyse customer service data to generate actionable insights
  • Supporting the migration from a traditional data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric
  • Building and maintaining ETL processes, reports (Power BI, some SSRS), and working with Azure Data Factory
  • Learning our core systems (Azure, Microsoft CRM, housing systems) and contributing to data quality and governance

Profile:

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in Power BI
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or cloud platforms (any cloud)
  • A good communicator who’s eager to learn and understands the value of data
  • Ideally a second-stepper or IT grad with a conscientious approach
