The Role
As a Process Consultant, you will lead process improvement across digital and operational teams, using Lean thinking to redesign and optimise end-to-end processes. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Digital and Operational Excellence. You will be part of a collaborative team from varied backgrounds including financial services, telecoms, energy, manufacturing, and consulting. The team consists of 3 Optimisation Consultants and 6 Process Analysts, with matrix leadership responsibility over the analysts.
Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Work On

- Agile product teams.
- Digital optimisation using RPA, process mining, and intelligent automation.

- Strong Excel skills.
- Digital exposure in RPA, automation, AI, or product environments.
- Confident communicator.
