I'm working with a fast-growing UK bank with a strong heritage and a modern vision. They're looking for a Lead IT System Administrator to take ownership of their UK IT environment and help them scale. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage one system administrator initially, with plans to grow the team. You’ll work closely with platform engineering and DevOps teams, driving automation and improving processes.
