Looking for your next big step in audience insight and digital product? This newly created role sits at the centre of a major UK broadcaster’s data-driven transformation. You’ll lead a small team of talented Business Partners, shaping how audience insight drives strategy across streaming and social products.
The Opportunity
- Strategic Influence: Partner directly with senior product and streaming leaders, turning complex audience data into clear, actionable insight.
- Product & Digital Focus: Guide the evolution of a fast-growing streaming platform, helping define new KPIs and success metrics as customer behaviour changes.
- Leadership: Coach and develop a team of four Business Partners, building their business-partnering capability and embedding insight across the organisation.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with specialist analytics, research and data teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in digital product or streaming environments, with an agile, commercial mindset.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally in an insight, analytics, or product-focused setting.
- The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, asking the right questions to get to the heart of a brief.
- Broad understanding of audience data, research, and analytics—you won’t be hands-on coding, but you’ll know how to direct technical experts.
