The Role
As a GA4 Lead, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and deliver expert GA4 analytics solutions. This is a hands-on and client-facing role with a strong focus on delivery leadership, roadmap planning, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GA4 implementations, audits, and insight projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients – managing relationships, meetings, and delivery expectations
- Translate technical analytics needs into business value and action
- Contribute to broader projects including CRO and tagging when required
- Collaborate with internal teams and support junior consultants on delivery
Skill and Experience
- Strong GA4 experience – confident with setup, tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting
- A desire to lead – this person should want to be the go-to for clients
- Comfortable in client meetings, with a natural ability to build rapport and credibility
