Their embedded consulting model means data scientists work closely with end users to co-design tools that directly affect business performance. The team has delivered pricing optimisation systems, cost modelling platforms, and store analytics tools for global retailers - blending commercial strategy with hands-on ML and engineering.
You’ll lead technical delivery of solutions that touch everything from supplier negotiations to customer experience design. Expect to work in cross-functional teams with direct access to client data, stakeholders, and decision-makers - owning projects from idea to value.
They’re hiring at Lead (3–5 years) and Principal (5–10+ years) levels.
Key Responsibilities- Build and deploy ML tools for pricing, operations, and layout optimisation
