The CompanyA global leader in data, analytics, and AI consulting is looking for a Consulting Lead to join their growing UK team. They partner with some of the world\’s most recognised consumer brands, helping them turn data into meaningful commercial impact. This role will sit within their CPG practice , supporting a major global FMCG client on their snacking division, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) .

The RoleYou\’ll work closely with senior stakeholders on-site at the client, helping to shape and deliver RGM strategies across pricing, promotion, and assortment . You\’ll act as a strategic partner, translating commercial objectives into actionable analytics programmes while guiding delivery teams based offshore.

Key responsibilities

Acting as a right-hand partner to the client\’s RGM Director

Leading the creation and delivery of pricing and promotion strategies

Defining roadmaps and supporting programme delivery

Providing consultancy advice and business insights across revenue levers

Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with commercial goals

This is a highly visible, client-facing role offering autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape a flagship engagement for one of the world\’s biggest consumer brands.

Your skills and experience

Strong background in consulting , revenue growth management , or commercial analytics

Experience in the CPG / FMCG industry (client or consulting side)

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and communicate commercial impact

Comfortable operating in a delivery-led environment (hands-off on analytics execution)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Benefits

Β£90,000–£100,000 base salary (up to Β£110,000 for exceptional profiles)

15% annual bonus

5% employee / 3% company pension

20–25 days holiday

Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite across Slough and Paddington)
