Great opportunity to join a scale-up Data consultancy as their Lead Analytics Consultant with a view to being their Practice Lead in the medium-term!
The Role
As the Lead Analytics Consultant, your role will balance across Analytics strategy, client engagement, and hands-on delivery. You’ll be the bridge between business priorities and technical solutions, guiding clients from defining their goals to implementing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll work across the full data spectrum, so experience consulting across Analytics, Data Science & Engineering is what you’ll bring to the table
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy projects, from scoping through delivery and adoption
- Run workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, metrics, and success criteria
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and technical solutions
- Identify where initiatives aren’t delivering value and redirect focus to higher-impact opportunities
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, raising technical and consulting standards
- Support business development in second-stage client meetings, bringing the commercial insight needed to shape solutions
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading analytics and data strategy engagements, ideally with exposure to AI/ML
- Proven consulting and commercial acumen; you’ll be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business leaders
- Hands-on delivery capability, paired with the ability to lead from a strategic perspective
- Passion for technology, AI, and innovation; not necessarily deep coding expertise, but the ability to see where emerging tech adds value
