THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a Junior Associate Director who wants real influence, high exposure to decision-making, and the freedom to help shape the future of the agency. You’ll lead international studies across therapy areas like oncology, autoimmune, and haematology, driving commercial strategy, market entry, and segmentation insights.
While the role leans quant, there’s room to flex into qual and bring your ideas around process improvement, AI innovation, or research methodology.
