Business Systems Developer
Hybrid: West Midlands
A leading industrial supplier is seeking a Business Systems Developer to join their Business Transformation team and play a critical role in connecting and integrating core systems across the organisation.
This role is perfect for someone with a solid grounding in C# and SQL who enjoys solving real-world integration problems – automating workflows, ensuring data consistency across platforms, and helping business teams get the most from their technology stack.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and building system integrations to connect platforms such as Epicor P21, Magento, and Salesforce
- Developing APIs and automation scripts to ensure accurate, real-time data flows between business-critical systems
- Working closely with the reporting and finance teams to support internal transformation initiatives
- Supporting marketing with integration across campaign tools (e.g. Klaviyo), CRM, and ERP
- Collaborating across teams to define requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Becoming the go-to expert in helping systems \”talk to each other\” and streamlining the business’ operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Solid commercial experience integrating software systems using C# and SQL
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Epicor, Salesforce, SAP)
- Understanding of ETL, data consistency, and API design
- Comfort working in a small, collaborative team with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Languages: C#, SQL
- Other: APIs, ETL, data warehousing, Klaviyo (marketing campaigns)
Interview Process:
- 30 min video chat – initial discussion with Talent team
- 60 min technical chat – deeper dive with the hiring manager
- 90 min onsite session – meet the wider team and explore fit
