THE CLIENT This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Insights Manager to join a marketing leader in the ecommerce space. THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and validating data within a fast-paced contact centre environment, ensuring accuracy and consistency across key metrics. You’ll provide actionable insights and support to wider teams, helping to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements. Additionally, you’ll assess the performance and effectiveness of in-house technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance tools and systems that support customer service and performance tracking SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SQL, Python, R or Excel Data Visualisation.
