Insight Analyst
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000

The Role
As Ecommerce Analyst, you’ll work closely with the ecommerce team to deliver actionable insights that improve customer journeys, optimise online performance, and drive commercial outcomes. This is a great opportunity for a customer or digital analyst looking to deepen their experience in ecommerce analytics and make a tangible impact on trading and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use SQL to extract and analyse ecommerce data to uncover actionable insights.
- Monitor customer behaviour across digital channels and identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across marketing, trading, and product teams.
Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience manipulating large datasets.
