This ad-hoc role spans multiple client accounts, using diverse datasets—including consumer, category, brand, and behavioural insights—to drive growth. You will also get hands-on with social listening tools like Brandwatch to turn online conversations into actionable strategies.

In this role, you will analyse large datasets and use tools like Google Search and online reviews to uncover trends in consumer attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions, turning them into actionable insights. You will collaborate with teams to create clear, engaging reports and present key findings to clients.

  • Experience as an Insight Analyst
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Quantitative and Qualitative experience – social listening
