Insight Analyst Leicester (Hybrid) £45,000-£50,000 THE COMPANY This is an opportunity to join a major UK retail organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its finance data landscape; sitting within a high-impact Finance Analytics function, you’ll work on modernising data infrastructure and delivering insight across core operational areas. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working closely with both Finance and Analytics, helping to shape how data is structured, accessed, and used across the business THE ROLE This is a hands-on Insight Analyst role with a strong focus on data modelling, SQL, and analytics engineering principles. You’ll act as a key builder of analytical datasets, working within a modern data stack (including Databricks) to deliver clean, reliable data for reporting and insight generation.
