Implementation Analyst – Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. A leading, household-name hospitality brand is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join their growing Customer Data & Digital Analytics function. You’ll play a key role in owning the tagging and data layer implementation roadmap across their digital estate — ensuring data accuracy, driving analytics capability, and enabling a deeper understanding of customer behaviour across web and app platforms.

The Role
Reporting into the Digital Analytics Manager, you’ll be the go-to specialist for all things implementation and data quality across digital channels. Your work will enable consistent, accurate data collection and empower the analytics, CRM, and digital product teams to make data-driven decisions.
You will
- Own the tagging and data layer implementation roadmap across web and app
- Partner with product and development teams to define and deliver tracking requirements
- Manage a third-party tagging partner and oversee related budgets
- Conduct regular data quality reviews and ensure best practices in GTM container management
- Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives by ensuring tracking accuracy and reliability
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Tag Management Systems (ideally Google Tag Manager)
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Firebase, or similar analytics tools
- Experience with mobile app tracking is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
