We're hiring for a global language technology company building production-grade machine learning systems used at enterprise scale across regulated industries. This is a Staff-level IC role for an experienced ML engineer who wants to stay hands-on while shaping architecture, standards, and technical direction across a distributed ML organisation.
What You'll Do
- Lead and architect complex, production ML systems end-to-end
- Design scalable ML pipelines and models aligned to real business outcomes
- Apply advanced ML techniques, with a strong focus on NLP and data-heavy use cases
- Act as a technical mentor and point of reference for other ML engineers
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
- Proven delivery of complex ML systems in production environments
- Strong Python skills
- Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and data modelling
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Cloud & MLOps experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- NLP or recent LLM experience highly relevant
- Comfortable operating at Staff IC level
