Overview
Weβre looking for a HTML Email Developer to join a global client during a period of transition. With current plans for H2, we are seeking someone confident to step in on current BAU campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing emails from supplied briefs using HTML templates
- Own email builds from intake through to delivery, including QA and scenario setup in Bloomreach Engage (Exponea)
- Liaise with the CRM Manager and Brand Lead to gather requirements and ensure content is accurate and brand-aligned
- Monitor email performance, report on key delivery metrics, and provide insights back to the team
- Assist with setting up automated scenarios and basic audience segmentation
- Support weekly campaign volumes (approx. 4 emails per week per brand)
- Make technical recommendations to improve template performance, render, and deliverability
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience building HTML emails (intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS required)
- Previous experience with Bloomreach Engage or similar ESPs (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, etc.)
- Familiarity with setting up and managing campaign scenarios
- Able to take briefs and work independently, while keeping stakeholders informed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across clients
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
