The Opportunity
We're partnering with a well-known retail brand seeking a Head of Growth to lead digital acquisition, performance marketing, and organic growth strategy across multiple consumer brands.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven growth expert who can combine data, performance marketing, analytics, and brand strategy to deliver scalable revenue growth.
You'll own the full acquisition ecosystem, build high-performing teams, and drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy across paid and organic acquisition channels
- Lead performance marketing across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Shopping, and emerging channels
- Develop and deliver SEO and GEO (AI search) strategies
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency
- Own attribution, measurement, forecasting, and budget allocation
- Lead incrementality testing and experimentation programmes
- Develop integrated media plans aligned to key campaigns and trading periods
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team
- Partner with brand, creative, merchandising, and technology teams
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities and acquisition channels
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience leading growth and performance marketing functions
- Strong background across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, and acquisition channels
- Experience developing modern SEO and AI-driven discovery strategies
- Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, forecasting, and analytics
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in CAC, LTV, profitability, and ROI
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets
- Proven leadership experience building and developing teams
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance brand goals with commercial performance
