About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Head of BI & Data Analytics to shape and lead our clients data strategy. You will balance strategy and delivery - defining the BI vision, driving data-led decisions, and building a scalable analytics function. You will oversee everything from governance and data quality to dashboarding and insight generation, supported by a data analyst. This is a great opportunity to create real business impact in a fast-growing technology and payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BI and analytics strategy to support business goals.
- Lead day-to-day BI operations and ensure accurate, timely insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
- Drive data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and develop a data analyst; promote data literacy across the business.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading BI or analytics functions (ideally in tech, SaaS, or payments).
- Strong technical skills in SQL, data modelling, and ETL.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience.
