An award-winning insurance company is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join the team
THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide insights into the end-to-end customer journeys. You will be gathering insight from different sources such as surveys and complaints to deliver true and valuable insight into customer experience. Using different methods, such as quantitative and qualitative research techniques, you will analyse the Voice of the Customer and Speech Analytics for all customer groups.
