This a new opportunity for an experienced tech professional to join a growing start-up company and help develop a training strategy for their new consultants.
THE COMPANY:
This role is within a young data-centric company who were founded 4 years ago by strong leaders in the Data Industry. This is a super exciting time to join as they are currently redeveloping their training strategy so you can have a say in writing a new program.
THE ROLE:
In particular, this role will involve:
- Reporting directly to one of the founders.
- Writing your own bespoke tech training program. (Python, SQL, Cloud, etc)
- Delivering training to a group of graduates and mentoring them through their work and development.
- Owning the entire training program.
- Liaising with external clients and deploying the right graduates onto client projects once they are trained.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Substantial experience lecturing/teaching in a technical field
- Experience mentoring/training/coaching people.
- Strong communication Skills
- Client-facing/stakeholder experience.
