Training Timeline and Progression:
Your development is mapped out clearly from day one:
- Months 1 to 3: Build candidate management skills, learn tools, process, sourcing, screening, and communication fundamentals.
- Month 3 Review: You will be reviewed for progression into Business Development training or continue to deepen your delivery experience depending on readiness.
- Months 4 to 6: Either begin BD Academy one day per week to learn sales and client acquisition, or continue developing in a 180 role before progressing later. From this point, you are on the path to becoming a 360 Consultant, taking ownership for both clients and candidates and earning uncapped commission on every placement.
