- Months 1–3: Learn the Foundations
- You’ll learn how to: Source and engage top talent
- Build relationships with candidates
- Conduct interviews and qualification calls

- Become a specialist in the Data & AI market
- Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
- Continue developing as a specialist 180 recruiter, building deep expertise in candidate delivery. OR Transition into full 360 recruitment, managing client relationships, winning new business and owning the entire recruitment process.
