The Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll focus on analysing operational and service centre data to uncover trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You’ll be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that enable leadership teams to make live, data driven decisions, while also helping the business understand where change can drive measurable value. This is a hands on analytics role combining technical delivery with stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large, complex datasets to identify patterns and performance trends
- Map end to end operational processes to highlight improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
- Deliver clear insights that support revenue growth and cost optimisation
- Partner with leadership and operations teams on targeted improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across platforms
- Identify gaps in current systems and support business case development

- Proven experience in a Data Analyst role
- Advanced Power BI experience essential
- Strong SQL capability with experience interrogating full databases
