Job Title: GA4 Enablement Lead

Location: Hybrid (London-based)

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000

The Opportunity

A rapidly growing, data-driven digital consultancy is looking for a GA4 Enablement Lead to support analytics-led transformation for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This is a pivotal role for someone who’s passionate about digital optimisation and confident bridging data, technology, and customer experience strategy.

The Role

As the GA4 Enablement Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of digital analytics and experimentation strategy—driving value from data across customer journeys and platforms. You’ll own workstreams from analytics implementation to A/B testing, and work cross-functionally with strategists, developers, and client teams to ensure data is powering better decisions and more engaging experiences.

Key areas of focus include:

• GA4 implementation, auditing, and enablement
• Collaborating on CRO and personalisation programmes
• Translating digital data into actionable insights and narratives
• Partnering with clients to embed a culture of experimentation
• Leading workshops, managing projects, and influencing key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years’ experience with GA4 (implementation and/or reporting)
• Hands-on experience with CRO or experimentation tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO)
• Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, proactive approach
• Passion for digital experience and a knack for turning data into action
• A sense of humour and a love for working in fast-paced, people-first teams
