How to prepare for a job interview at Harnham

Know Your Tech Stack

Make sure you brush up on your C# and .NET skills before the interview. Be ready to discuss your experience with relational databases like SQL Server, as well as any projects you've worked on using Laravel and Vue JS. This will show that you’re not just familiar with the tech but can also apply it effectively.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Skills

Prepare to talk about specific challenges you've faced in previous projects and how you overcame them. This is especially important in a highly technical environment where engineering quality is key. Use examples that highlight your ability to think critically and adapt to new situations.

Communicate Clearly

Since clear communication is essential, practice explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms. This will help you connect with the interviewers and demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Remember, they want to see how well you can articulate your thoughts!

Emphasise Ownership and Initiative

Given the emphasis on greenfield projects, be prepared to discuss times when you took ownership of a project from design to implementation. Highlight your ability to work independently while still being a team player. This will resonate well with their flat structure and focus on autonomy.
