Wimbledon (first 6 months in office, then moved to 4 days in the office: 1 day wfh)

Base salary between £25k - £32k depending on recruitment experience

Up to 30% clear commission structure (no caps or thresholds) (Year 1 OTE 35-40k, Year 2 OTE 60k, Year 3 OTE 100k+)

The role:

  • 360 recruitment cycle: generating leads, building up connections with clients
  • Finding the right candidates, being commercially minded when screening candidates - are they the right fit for the role?
  • Building up your market knowledge within the specialist data & analytics field
  • Proactive in your approach to meeting deadlines and agreed SLAs
  • Influencing and selling Harnham's Talent solutions to cross and upsell to clients
