Harnham's US teams (NYC & Phoenix) are seeking experienced 360 recruiters (open to various levels) who are ready to take their career to America! This opportunity will be a full 360 billing position with routes into senior leadership down both IC and People Management paths:
- Consult closely with clients to understand their technical hiring needs across Data, Analytics, and AI verticals, tailoring bespoke recruitment strategies to each business.
- Identify and engage high-caliber data professionals using your network, industry knowledge, and sourcing tools to thrive in a highly competitive market.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from candidate engagement to offer negotiation – delivering an exceptional experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Become a subject matter expert in the Data & AI space, delivering strategic insights that build trust and credibility with your clients.
- Drive business development, win new accounts, and play a key role in expanding Harnham’s footprint in the U.S. market.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, with a clear path to leadership and team management for those who excel.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven 360 recruiter, with great business development skills - for visa approval needs at least 3 years experience.
