Your Day-to-Day

• 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
• Market Development: Build and manage a client portfolio within the data & analytics space
• Candidate Search: Headhunt and engage top talent for permanent and/or contract roles
• Client Relationships: Deliver outstanding service and position yourself as a market expert

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience in a technical market (perm or contract)
• Structured and consistent in your approach
• Able to work at pace and manage high-volume pipelines
• Commercially focused and ready to grow your desk
• An interest in the data and analytics sector — no prior experience required
