What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development: Build your client base across data and AI markets, identifying new opportunities and negotiating terms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier data professionals using market mapping and targeted search strategies.
- Account Management: Guide clients and candidates through the full recruitment process, delivering a high-quality service.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends across data science, engineering, and AI to advise and consult effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within a technical or data-adjacent market
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset
