Overview

We're working with a leading UK consumer business with multiple well-known brands and an expanding international presence.

As part of a growing digital marketing team, you'll take ownership of conversion optimisation and experimentation across multiple customer journeys.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the CRO roadmap, using data, testing, and customer insight to improve conversion, revenue, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end conversion rate optimisation
  • A/B testing and experimentation strategy
  • Customer journey and UX optimisation
  • Analytics, tagging and performance tracking
  • Working closely with Product, UX and Development teams
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation
  • Strong experience with A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO
  • Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
  • Understanding of front-end implementation, tagging and experimentation architecture
  • Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Financial services, insurance or agency experience beneficial
