Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - US Market (London Based)

Start Date: January 2027

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm. Standard office hours on Fridays.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant working in our US business, you'll:

• Build relationships with professionals across the US Data & AI market.
• Source, interview, and engage talented candidates for opportunities with American businesses.
• Work closely with experienced consultants to manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Develop your sales and negotiation skills, learning how to influence decisions and build lasting relationships.
• Progress towards managing your own clients, developing new business, and growing your own recruitment desk.

You’ll be based in our Wimbledon office, working alongside our UK and US teams, with working hours designed to align with the US East Coast market.

Your Training and Development

You'll begin your career through the Harnham Academy, a structured training programme combining classroom learning, hands‑on experience, and ongoing coaching from experienced recruiters.

During your first three months, you'll focus on developing your candidate management skills, learning how to source talent, build relationships, and understand the US recruitment market.

From there, you'll have the opportunity to progress into our Business Development Academy, developing your sales skills and learning how to win new clients.

Our goal is to develop you into a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing both clients and candidates, with clear progression opportunities and uncapped earning potential.
