Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, Data/AI/Analytics Market Focus.
Start Date: April 2026.
If you are looking to learn, earn and progress then look no further than Harnham's Recruitment Academy where you will enrol onto a learning programme that is designed to make you a top sales performer. It will consist of classroom based training and on-desk practical learning.
What you’ll be doing
- Sell job opportunities and pitch job roles to candidates.
- Build key stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
- Run interview processes from start to finish.
- Gain insight into the most talked about markets - AI and Data.
- Progress towards acquiring and managing your own client relationships.
You will join one of our specialist Data and AI teams, sitting alongside experienced successful recruiters who you can learn from.
What you can expect
Months 1 to 3: In your cohort you will be with our Learning & Development trainers 4 days a week. The focus will be on teaching you how to source and screen candidates.
Months 4 to 6: You will move into Sales/Business Development training and will learn how to source and pitch your services to clients.
After the initial 6 months training academy you will be on your way to becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant, taking ownership for both clients and candidates and earning uncapped commission on every placement you make.
