A fast-growing global consumer platform is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their expanding data team and help shape how marketing performance is measured and optimised at scale. This is an opportunity to join a product-led, subscription marketplace with a passionate global community and big ambitions for growth. The business already operates across 140+ countries and is now investing heavily in data, analytics, and experimentation to accelerate its next phase.
Our client is a membership-based digital marketplace connecting travellers and pet owners around the world; the platform enables pet owners to travel with peace of mind while trusted sitters care for their pets and homes. The business has built a strong global community and product that customers genuinely love. With ambitious plans to scale to 1 million members, they are investing heavily in their data platform, analytics capabilities, and growth strategy.
The data team is relatively new but growing quickly. This role will sit within the Marketing Analytics function, reporting into the Lead Marketing Analyst, and working closely with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams.
As the Senior Marketing Analyst, you will help the business understand what’s driving acquisition, where marketing spend should be allocated, and how to optimise conversion and growth:
- Partnering with marketing stakeholders to shape key growth questions and measurement frameworks
- Analysing performance across paid media, CRM, influencer, and other acquisition channels
- Delivering insight into campaign performance, incrementality, efficiency, and diminishing returns
- Combining multiple measurement approaches including experimentation, attribution signals, cohort analysis, and MMM
- Supporting the development of marketing mix modelling capability
- Building dashboards and delivering clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders
