Harnham is working with a large social research agency to find a new Director of Data Services who will lead the Data Services team and work on optimizing data processing.

THE ROLE

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Work with a range of technical skills and tools to improve delivery and transformation
• Manage the team and troubleshoot
• Take the lead on data migration and transformation

ABOUT YOU

• Technical leaders who are excited about optimizing the data processing process, use of AI in research etc., and act as an advocate for this tech
• Knowledge of SPSS, R, or Python
• Strong knowledge of survey research
• Managerial experience (minimum 10 people)
• Examples of transformation leadership and process improvements
