Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Location: Remote (Office in London)

Contract Length: 6 months

IR35 Status: Outside

Rate: £400-500pd

Start Date: Early December (2 weeks\’ notice max)

Working Days: Could be between 3-5 days a week

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to support a growing client workload. Currently, projects are managed by the team, but increasing client demand requires additional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Track work logs using Jira and Harvest for time management.
• Provide guidance on resource allocation and workload prioritization.
• Support client negotiations with end clients and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new projects andclients
• Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, digital transformation teams, and internal co-founders.
• Ensure projects run smoothly, keeping multiple client priorities aligned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong resource planning and organisational skills.
• Background in agency-side marketing and Analytics campaigns.
• Alternatively, end client projects focussed on analytics – no industry pref
• Comfortable providing insights to end clients.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
• Experience with JIRA and Harvest is nice to have
• Some UX/UI involvement is a plus
• Client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management.
