THE TEAM
Senior Marketing Operations Manager and manages two direct reports. You will work closely with the CRM Manager, Performance Marketing Team, and agencies to drive marketing campaigns.
THE ROLE
- Digital Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Paid Media – Oversee PPC, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and display campaigns to drive conversions.
- Social & Content – Manage organic and paid social efforts, ensuring brand consistency.
- CRM & Email Marketing – Align digital efforts with customer communications.
- Analytics & Performance – Use GA4, Power BI, and Looker to measure and optimize results.
- Campaign Execution – Lead cross-channel efforts for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
PROJECTS
- Enhancing audience insights and research.
- Optimizing paid media strategies with the Performance Marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B or B2C).
