The Role

You will take full ownership of paid and organic search performance, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads to drive revenue growth, lead quality and return on ad spend
  • Lead SEO direction, prioritising initiatives and collaborating with content, product and development teams to improve organic performance
  • Improve tracking accuracy and attribution across platforms including GA4 to support data driven decision making
  • Leverage CRM and call tracking data to enhance campaign targeting, bidding strategies and conversion insights
  • Manage key platforms such as Google Search Console and Google Merchant Centre, including product feed optimisation
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Deliver concise reporting focused on profitability, revenue growth and performance improvements

Your Skills & Experience

To succeed as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will bring strong commercial and technical expertise across digital channels:

  • Strong hands on experience managing paid search campaigns within Google Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth within an ecommerce or product led environment
  • Experience influencing or contributing to SEO strategy and organic performance
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools such as GA4 and conversion tracking best practices
  • Experience working with product feeds and campaign optimisation at scale
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM or call tracking data to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • A structured, analytical approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment
