A nimble and highly respected digital & analytics consultancy (~10 heads), known for delivering bespoke digital transformation solutions across the finance and asset management sectors. You\βll be joining a senior-led team that blends deep technical chops with sharp commercial thinking β and you\βll be treated as a genuine expert from Day 1.
The Role
This role is perfect for a mid-level analyst (2-4+ years\β experience) who thrives on end-to-end ownership β from building dashboards to presenting to 30-40 stakeholders on monthly calls. You\βll be supporting digital performance across campaigns, channels, and products β identifying trends, testing hypotheses, and influencing marketing strategy.
Your Impact:

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track digital KPIs

Use Adobe Analytics to build segments, funnels, and run attribution models

Produce weekly/monthly reports and lead on digital marketing insights

Present directly to senior stakeholders, including CMO-level
-
Advise on personalisation, testing, and digital optimisation strategies

Support data quality checks and implementation questions
Must-Haves:

2-4+ years\β experience in digital/web analytics

Strong Adobe Analytics experience (segments, pathing, attribution)

Skilled in Tableau or equivalent data viz tools
