Join a rapidly growing Data & Analytics team within a well-respected digital marketing agency. As a Digital Analyst, you\’ll work at the intersection of data, media, and strategy – helping major clients make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions.

THE COMPANY:

Harnham is partnering with a digital marketing agency known for its innovative and integrated approach to media, tech, and data. This is a company where collaboration and creativity meet analytical excellence, and the Data & Analytics function plays a critical role in driving performance for a diverse client base.

THE ROLE:

As a Digital Analyst, you’ll sit in the Data & Analytics team, supporting the Analytics Director across a range of client projects. This hands-on role gives you the opportunity to work with stakeholders across account management, paid media, and earned media teams to deliver high-impact analytics, tracking, and dashboarding solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building measurement frameworks and test-and-learn strategies to support marketing performance.
  • Developing robust data capture strategies, including working with developers to deploy data layers.
  • Creating and maintaining insightful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, and GA4.
  • Performing data quality checks, troubleshooting tracking issues, and ensuring standardisation across platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal product teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and unlock new insights.
  • Identifying strategic growth opportunities through detailed performance evaluation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

We’re looking for a data-savvy analyst who’s confident navigating large digital datasets and delivering insights that matter.

You’ll need:

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, within BigQuery environment.
  • Strong dashboarding and visualisation skills using Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • A keen eye for detail and a love of structured, reliable reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can simplify complexity and present your findings clearly.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great time and stakeholder management.
