Job Description

DIGITAL ANALYST

SALARY UP TO £55,000

HYBRID – 3 days a week in Central London office

THE COMPANY

A Global Telecomms business with a strong data team is looking to expand its analytics function with a Digital expert!

THE ROLE

This role sits within an insights and analytics environment and is focused on a mix of customer analytics, marketing analytics, and tagging implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling ad-hoc reporting and data requests across customer and marketing analytics
  • Owning tagging and implementation activity, with a particular focus on GA4
  • Taking ownership of dashboards and ongoing reporting solutions
  • Supporting projects focused on customer churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing performance
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive insight-led initiatives
  • Improving data quality across analytics and reporting outputs
  • Supporting handset and mobile-related projects, including analysis of new product launches
  • Working towards ownership of end-to-end analytics projects
  • Contributing to longer-term strategic initiatives, including large-scale UK and global marketing projects
  • Learning from and shadowing senior team members with a clear progression towards increased ownership

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • SQL capability
  • Hands-on experience with tagging and implementation, particularly GA4/GTM
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and translating requirements into analytical outputs

Desirable:

  • Python experience
  • Experience improving or auditing data quality
  • Exposure to dashboarding and insight environments
