DIGITAL ANALYST
SALARY UP TO £55,000
HYBRID – 3 days a week in Central London office
THE COMPANY
A Global Telecomms business with a strong data team is looking to expand its analytics function with a Digital expert!
THE ROLE
This role sits within an insights and analytics environment and is focused on a mix of customer analytics, marketing analytics, and tagging implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling ad-hoc reporting and data requests across customer and marketing analytics
- Owning tagging and implementation activity, with a particular focus on GA4
- Taking ownership of dashboards and ongoing reporting solutions
- Supporting projects focused on customer churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing performance
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive insight-led initiatives
- Improving data quality across analytics and reporting outputs
- Supporting handset and mobile-related projects, including analysis of new product launches
- Working towards ownership of end-to-end analytics projects
- Contributing to longer-term strategic initiatives, including large-scale UK and global marketing projects
- Learning from and shadowing senior team members with a clear progression towards increased ownership
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- SQL capability
- Hands-on experience with tagging and implementation, particularly GA4/GTM
- Confidence working with stakeholders and translating requirements into analytical outputs
Desirable:
- Python experience
- Experience improving or auditing data quality
- Exposure to dashboarding and insight environments
