This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‐growth consumer platform during a pivotal stage of building out their modern data capability. You will have real ownership, work closely with product and engineering, and play a key role in shaping how data informs product decisions across web and app experiences.

The Role

  • Deliver clear, accurate analysis to drive product decision‐making.
  • Own SQL‐led data exploration, modelling, and validation to support reliable reporting.
  • Run discovery work on user behaviour across app and web journeys.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that enable self‐serve analytics.
  • Set up, audit, and improve event tracking to ensure accurate behavioural data.
  • Work autonomously across initiatives spanning member experience, growth, and product performance.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Solid experience with BI or data visualisation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Commercial experience in product, user behaviour, or subscription analytics.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work independently.
